With a capacity of 5 liters and a power of 3kW, The Lacanche fryer allows for rapid and efficient cooking with the highest safety operation, including a cold zone and safety thermostat. Functional elements used for heating and regulating temperature are removable, thus facilitating easy cleaning. Available as an Accessory option on the Chambertin, Chassagne, Fontenay, Citeaux, Cluny 1400, Cluny 1800, Sully 1800 and Sully 2200 models.
