Adored by chefs as the gold standard of performance, gas burners allow incredible versatility in power, cookware preference and instant flame adjustment.
Lacanche burners consist of two removable parts: a burner body consisting of cast aluminum and a brass burner cap, chosen for its heat conductivity. Enameled Cast Iron grates support a wide array of cookware sizes and weights, in addition to specific Lacanche accessories.

Power + Performance
Ranging in burner strength from 1.5W to 5kW, the Lacanche cooktop supports numerous cooking styles and demands, while its self-stabilizing burner flames can sustain the lowest of simmering up to high power performance. Electric ignition combines with thermocouple security for the utmost of safety in the home, and strategic placement of the burners ensures comfortable use of pots, pans, casseroles in a myriad of cooking arrangements.

Brass Burner Cap Cleaning + Care
Chosen for its conductivity of heat, Brass burners will naturally patina over time, but still may be cleaned and polished with a simple combination of a soap, slightly abrasive sponges or even clay stone. For tougher stains, soak the burner caps in a mixture of boiled water and white vinegar for roughly 20 minutes, and rub with an abrasive sponge only after cooling.
For further protection while cooking, black burner caps are available as a separate accessory.

Burner Body Cleaning + Care 
The removable body of the burner comprising of cast aluminum may be easily washed in the dishwasher. When necessary, a scouring pad or stainless-steel sponge may be used to improve the surface finish.

Grate Cleaning + Care
The enameled cast iron grates are removable, and may be washed in the dishwasher, or with soap and water.
