The 'Plancha' – a flat surface made of polished stainless steel – is ideal for searing and cooking food by direct contact. It can be used for a variety of products ranging from sliced vegetables to fish fillets, thin or medium meat cuts as well as fresh slices of goose liver.

Its value lies particularly in requiring only a short cooking time, with minimal use of fat. The intensity of the heat can be easily adjusted.
