induction cooking zones

Lacanche electric induction hobs are available with three or five centrally located heating zones, or as an option with two zones at one side.
The highly practical layout of the hob and the fact that power output differs from one zone to another means these hobs can accommodate a wide variety of cooking utensils.
The knobs, incorporating push-to-turn safety, are located on the front for quick and easy power adjustment.
The responsiveness of induction heating allows for excellent control at every stage of the cooking process.
If it is to be used on an induction hob, any cooking utensil must have a conductive iron or steel base.
