Cooked using radiant heat, meats, fish or seafood retain all their flavours.
The original, all-new Lacanche chargrill has been designed to generate heat evenly for healthier cooking,
with food juices being prevented from dripping into the heating elements. It is also extremely easy to operate and clean. The chargrill comes in two versions: with gas burners or with electric heating elements.
It is available as an option on the following cookers: Chassagne, Chambertin, Fontenay and Cīteaux.
