The versatility of Chagny is hard to beat. In addition to two conventional ovens with a capacity of 55 litres each, Chagny features a smaller high performance oven (W.400 x H.145 x D.440 mm) ideal for individual dishes requiring high temperatures from its top or base element. Due to its compact size, it quickly reaches its operating temperature and keeps cooking time to a minimum. The cooking hob of Chagny comprises 5 gas burners ranging from 1.5 to 5kW. In the ‘Tradition’ version, the cooking hob features a centrally-located simmer plate, ideally suited for recipes requiring gentle simmering. In its electric version, Chagny offers 5 radiant rings.
